The HOYCE Center will provide gifts for youth ages 0-17 in the community on

The past few years have created many unpredictable hardships for many families. HOYCE wants to support families and put smiles on their faces during the holidays.

Please read the information below before registering your child/children to receive a gift.
Gift Distribution Requirements

Requests will be completed on a first come, first serve basis.

Registering is not a promise of service until we provide you with your confirmation and further instructions. Calls can begin as soon as one week after the beginning of registration.

Children must live in the same household

You must be 18 years or older to register a child.

A Parent or guardian must show a valid government issued ID with a Champaign County Address. If you are not sure you have the proper identification please contact us at 312-448-8471 , Seasonofgiving@hoycecenter.org .

By attending and participating in the Annual Season of Giving event, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Photographic and Media Release:
I understand that The HOYCE Center, its representatives, and affiliates may take photographs, video, and other forms of media during the event. I grant permission to The HOYCE Center to use, reproduce, and distribute any such photographs or videos, which may include my image or likeness of all individuals in my party, for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, in any and all media formats (including, but not limited to, print, digital, and online). I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product, including any written or electronic copy that may accompany such media.
2. Release of Liability for Injury:
I understand that participation in the Annual Season of Giving event involves voluntary activities that may involve risks of injury or harm. I hereby release and hold harmless The HOYCE Center, its staff, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event. This waiver includes all claims, demands, or actions for damages, injury, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver.
